What a great show tonight at Divan Orange on St-Laurent. Their mix of county blues and rockabilly really gets a crowd going. If you've visited the studio lately or will in the near future you'll probably hear their album Three on the Tree playing on repeat. If you get the chance I recommend you pick up the album and listen to the whole thing start to finish.... and then listen to it again. I can't seem to get enough of: "Son, your daddy was bad", "Jezebel" and "Little girl" (reminding me vaguely of a much better Squirrel Nut Zippers).
